The Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Culture and Tourism has welcomed the month of September with a message encouraging residents to reflect on their journey, appreciate progress and embrace new opportunities for growth.
In a goodwill message signed by the Honourable Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Anieti N. Udofia, PhD, the Ministry described September as a month of celebration, reflection and gratitude, while highlighting Akwa Ibom’s 39-year journey of development and transformation.
The Commissioner urged the people to remain inspired by the progress recorded over the years and to continue making room for greater development. He encouraged residents to celebrate their achievements, appreciate their growth and remain grateful to God while looking forward to new possibilities.
“As we enter the final quarter of the year, may this new month usher in abundant blessings,” the message stated.
The Ministry further extended warm wishes to the people of Akwa Ibom, expressing hope that September would bring renewed opportunities, progress and fulfilment to individuals, families and communities across the state.
