As part of the new year celebrations, Mr. David Sergeant, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Entertainment Industry, popularly known as Utang Akwa Ibom , brought together the people of Afaha Offot to share in the festive spirit.
He started by thanking the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno PhD, for his generosity in providing Christmas packages, including bags of rice, to all villages in Akwa Ibom State.
The people of Afaha Offot collectively pledged their unwavering support for the reelection of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, Governor Umo Eno, Senator God'swill Akpabio (SP) and others in the 2027 general elections.
In addition to the rice provided by the Governor, Utang Akwa Ibom distributed bags of rice and 1.8 million in cash to further benefit the people of Afaha Offot.
