In a significant development, Cricova, a prestigious Moldovan winery, has announced its sponsorship of the highly anticipated Son of the Soil Concert with Ikpa Udo.

This exciting partnership is a testament to the growing global interest in Nigerian music and culture. All thanks to a strategic collaboration with Don Pee Winery & Beverages, Cricova will be showcasing its exquisite wine brands at Son of the Soil concert in Uyo, capital of Akwa Ibom State.

According to the hint by the company's representative, five of its premium wines will be exclusively served to VIP guests, offering a unique opportunity to experience the rich flavors of Moldovan winemaking.

Speaking on behalf of the CEO/MD of Don Pee Wine and Beverages, Chief Dr. Onyekachi Ogbatu, Don Elvis reiterated the commitment of the brand to throw their weight behind worthy initiatives in the South-South and South-East region.  Don Elvis also confirmed the presence of the CEO at the concert in Uyo, saying that the partnership is expected to pave the way for further collaborations between Cricova and Nigerian entertainment industry stakeholders. 

In response, the Nigerian music star Ikpa Udo expressed delight in CRICOVA's decision to affiliate with him and the project. He assured the company that his team at Blown Stars Entertainment, led by Talent Bank Nigeria's Nelson NseAbasi, will deliver on this mission to host a mind blowing event for guests and also deliver on commitments to partners and sponsors. Speaking further, the HERO Lager ambassador submitted, 'just as we look forward to a successful event, we also anticipate a greater manifestation of this partnership in 2025.'

The Son of the Soil Concert is scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Emerald Event Center, with Cricova's sponsorship, this event promises to be an unforgettable celebration of music, culture, and fine wine. Let the happy hour begin.
