Earlier today at about 5:30pm in the heart of Calabar, Cross River State; along 100 IBB by Bless & Mercy Pharmacy, a reckless female driver whose name is withheld due to security reasons ran into a lady who sells chicken and bole by the roadside and a man.
Eyewitness told Gbeduxclusive news correspondent that the driver was on her phone while driving in the process lost control of the vehicle which resulted to the fatal accident that claimed the life's of the chicken/bole seller and a man who was drinking in a nearby sitout.
It was gathered that the driver of the vehicle was unconscious while the man from the sitout died at the spot of the incident and the lady selling the chicken and bole died on arrival at the Navy Reference Hospital Calabar.
