#AKCAROLSFEST2022 Ministering: SINACH
An award-winning songwriter and vocalist, her songs are memoirs from past experiences with God over the years. Her song "Way Maker" received three nominations and won the Song of the Year at the 51st GMA Dove Awards, making her the first Nigerian to win the Award. In May 2020, she became the first African artist to top the Billboard Christian Songwriters chart.
She also won the BMI song of the year, and in 2021 was recognized by the US Congress while on tour in the United States of America.
In July 2022, Sinach joined the Grammy Recording Academy as a voting member. Her songs have ministered to millions bringing healing, hope, encouragement, and strengthening their faith.
