The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has this morning stroke out 8 out of 15 count charges brought against the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.


Delivering ruling on the validity of the charge, Justice Binta Nyako held that in the preliminary objection, count 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 have not disclosed any offense by the defendant.
