Ex beauty queen and Nollywood star, Mina Horsfall has joined the race for the chairmanship of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC).
The diva is contesting on the platform of the National Rescue Movemement, as a duly registered and a bonified Political Party in Nigera- NRM is set to change approach, style and leadership recruitment process in Nigerian politics.
The former beauty queen and multiple award winning actress has been a toast of pageant organisers in Nigeria owing to her experience as a queen, and her determination to see to it that young Nigerian women, especially of Niger Delta origin, put their talent to use in making the society a better place for all.
Mina does this exuding so much passion and energy, which has also inspired her to contest for an elective office to enable her access resources to do more for the society.
Experienced in Beauty Pageantry & Nollywood, Lady Mina is widely traveled; from Ghana to England, from USA to faraway China, she belongs to that small category of people who are living their dream, doing what she always wanted to do, as a beauty pageant consultant, an entertainment entrepreneur, and CEO Abuja based company, MISH CONCEPTS.
The Kalabari born chic points at the inspiration for her ambition by the ideolgies of her party which states that if good governance is to be entrenched in Nigeria, traditional rulers, religious leaders, professionals and trade union groups should be involved in perfecting the manifesto and the leadership recruitment process in democracy.
