Earlier today, Cross River commissioner for Culture & Tourism, Honourable Eric Anderson, in company of the Special Assistant to Governor Ben Ayade on Entertainment, Effiom Trombone, received the organizers of Nkod Mbok Isong Efik, Efut ye Abakpa in his office to discuss plans to host 30 Cultural groups for a 10,000 man cultural parade in Calabar on Saturday, January 25, 2020.
Calabar will experience an assemblage of Ekpe masquerades and initiates from the Efiks, Efuts and Abakpa in a unity parade for the fourth edition of the event.
