RYKER'S RIDE - All about us
Paul "Ryker" lawson , a biker and Engineer, had traveled severally within the West Africa sub region and noticed the plight of many children on the streets and realized that he needed to do something to help.
He had a dream of the African Biker Nation rallying together in the support of less privileged children.
The concept of Rykers Ride was formed as a Biker Fundraising and awareness ride that unites the African Biker Nation to support and highlight the work of children's charities and also highlight the plight and educational needs of the less privileged child.
Our passion for riding has brought us together from all parts of the nation and has united us with fellow riders across West Africa, Africa and indeed bikers across the world. We are not affiliated to any political or religious organization , but have a desire to make a difference in the lives of the less privileged children of Africa.
As we do these rides we also hope it passes on a message of unity and love to Africa, West Africa to start with on this ride, as well as showcase places of interest and the cultural heritage of Africa to the world.
We believe this would encourage the well off to help the less off in society especially the children who are the future of the World.
PAST EVENTS.
In October 2015, Paul and his friends left Nigeria for Dakar Senegal with an aim of raising funds and awareness for the SOS Children's Village in West Africa.The Team Successfully rode to and from Dakar Senegal Visiting SOS villages and other children's charities along the route.
Having successfully undertaken the 2015 ride, Ryker will now be joined by several other bikers in Nigeria for a Christmas ride in December.
CHRISTMAS CHARITY RIDE.
In December 2016, Ryker and his friends will be visiting homes in the south-western region of Nigeria(Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan) to celebrate Christmas with children in different homes.

Christmas season is a season to show love to people around us, Ryker has chosen to show love,raise funds and create awareness for the less privileged children that season, as that is his main objective.
The group of riders on Ryker's ride 2016 (Christmas Ride) is made up of professionals who love motorcycling and motorcycles and want to make a difference in our society. Our objective and purpose is to leverage on our numbers and achieve collective goodwill and support with the primary purpose of raising awareness, support and funds for orphaned, abandoned and street children in Africa.
Ryker's Ride offers a great opportunity for sponsors that will result in economic, social and emotional returns while impacting on several children's lives through the charity adventure support program. Sponsors will be recognized and has branding rights in selected riders clothing, motorcycles, marketing and promotional materials, events, social media platforms and event website.
