Pentonville Luxury Property Limited, its Directors, agents, representatives or anyone claiming authority in that regard do not have any legal or equitable right or authority to sell, transfer, assign, or lease the above-referenced property to any person(s) or organisation(s). For the benefit of the public and innocent subscribers, it is important to state that the above-mentioned property is currently the subject of litigation before the Federal High Court in Suit No. FH-C/L/CS/1393/24 between MR. ADETOLA ADEKUNLE BEJIDE and HAMMOUD CONSTRUCTING AND CONTRACTING LTD & ORS. In consequence, all unsuspecting buyers/subscribers are hereby warned to desist from entering into any agreement or dealing with Pentonville Luxury Property Limited, its Directors, agents, representatives or anyone claiming authority in that regard in respect of the above-mentioned property.
